BIM 360 Basics Quick Tip: Restore a Previous File Version
Oops! Something went wrong with your current file and you need to go back in time to try again. That’s easy to do with BIM 360 Docs. Just click on the version number:

That will open a window that will list out all of the previous versions. For any version you choose you can make it current, download it, or copy it to another location.

So you’ve created a new project, invited a few members, and nobody can see any folders. What’s the deal? Well, just adding someone to the project doesn’t give them access to any of the project data. To do that you need to add them to one or more folders using the Permissions function.
